The Elder Park House 1755 - Whalehead Road

This home sits prominently on the corner of Sandy Hollow and Whalehead Road. Much of the research on historic homes in Ledyard can be found in the publications of the Ledyard Historic District Commission. Their research indicates this home was at one time used as a hunting lodge as part of the 400 acre Sandy Hollow Game Preserve.
