Simply Ledyard CT

When I meet with sellers to complete a market analysis of their homes, they often tell me they have checked their Zillow Zestimate.  Last month I  compared the Zillow estimates with actual sales prices to see just how accurate those Zestimates were in Ledyard during the month of July. In July about about half were within 3% of the actual selling price. The results in August are much more varied.
