Simply Ledyard CT

By permit, Willimantic Waste Paper Co., Inc. is required to inspect incoming loads for potential violations of the Connecticut recycling regulations. The August 21 (Tuesday) route in Ledyard included a garden hose and a rug, neither of which are recyclable. The loads also included an "excessive" number of plastic bags. As a result of these and other items, this load had a 15% contamination rating. Plastic bags are NOT recyclable!
