Simply Ledyard CT

The very last market of the Ledyard Farmers Market Winter Season is this Saturday. It will be a good day to stock up on your favorite products for your freezer including Turkey and Turkey Pot Pies, Pork, Chicken, Beef and Veal. I use the pork butt at Broad Brook Acres for my pulled pork in the Instant Pot and the skirt steak from Red Head Farm is my substitute for flank steak.  I add my own vegetables to the Turkey Pot Pies from Ekonk Hill farms and their turkey salad is another hit in our home!
